Zombies are coming after you. As you run from them you hear their call, " Vooote...Vooote...Vooote." You run around the corner smack into a horde of zombies.

"Vooote...Vooote...Vooote" is all you hear as they tear into your flesh and scoop out your brains.

LJ Idol Week 12: My Favorite Story

In school we are taught how to write a story. We build characters that grow through the telling and we add plot to move the everything along. The best stories have both, and a good writer knows how to implement them so the plot pushes the characters and the characters push back on the plot.

We lost power last night around 10:30. It tried to come back on a couple times during the night and at one point it looked like it was on for good, but sadly it wasn't meant to be.
